A Businessman

Scott Perry began his working career at age 13 picking fruit at Ashcombe's farm.
He worked as a mechanic, a dock worker, draftsman, and a licensed insurance agent. He is a 1980
graduate of Northern High School and the Cumberland-Perry Vo-Tech School. Scott
put himself through college while working a full-time job.

Lieutenant Colonel Scott
Perry is assigned as the Aviation Safety officer assigned to the Joint Command,
State Aviation office. He is
responsible for coordinating the aviation safety program for all Army aviation
units located within Pennsylvania. He assumed the position as State Aviation Safety Officer in spring of 2005.

Scott
Perry currently serves as the Chairman of the Carroll Township Planning
Commission and as a member of the township Source Water Protection Committee. Scott
has been an active Republican, currently serving on the county executive
committee as well as his position as the local Committeeman in Carroll
Township.
